The 2019 ebb & flow Festival (April 6–7, 2019) is accepting applications for all vendors.

Why should you participate?

Ebb & Flow Festival is a downtown Baton Rouge arts celebration that will feature the wide range of arts and culture the city has to offer. It will be a hub for all artists, being free and open to the public, and it will provide you access to individuals who want to celebrate the culture of Baton Rouge! With last year’s attendee numbers reaching upwards of 15,000, the Ebb & Flow Festival is the perfect place to feature your products and business while joining us in celebrating the arts and culture of Baton Rouge.

Vendor Operation Guidelines

  • Vendor shall be in direct and full supervision of food products, but Arts Council reserves the right of determining the time and place that food may be sold throughout the period covered by this agreement. Vendor shall assume full responsibility for all costs of setting up, operation, moving, and providing necessary equipment and labor.

  • Vendors are required to supply their own means of attaching to the supply point (Minimum 150 ft. large gauge heavy duty extension cord). Please inspect cords and connections prior to festival to avoid any power problems.

  • Vendor agrees to meet the requirements set forth by the health department and operate in compliance with established regulations, and maintain a clean, neat area for the customers.

  • Vendor represents and warrants that it is an independent contractor, and neither Vendor nor its employees, agents, or representatives shall be considered an employee or agents of Arts Council for any purpose.

  • Vendor menu must be pre-approved by the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and Vendor is prohibited from selling any T-shirts or other unapproved merchandise.

  • Vendors may not utilize music, loud speakers, or megaphone devices.

  • Vendors are not permitted to sell or provide beverages.

  • Vendors must dispose of waste in appropriate, predetermined areas.

  • Vendors agree to pay fee related to their respective categories.
