community performance application now open!
The Ebb and Flow Festival will spread throughout downtown Baton Rouge on Saturday, April 6th, and Sunday, April 7th. It will include multiple performance venues and opportunities. We would love to feature many of the vibrant performing groups throughout our region and we hope your organization will apply!

The components of the application are as follows:
Performance information: Includes organization, group, and contact info and performance description
Preferred date(s) of performance: Saturday, April 6th or Sunday, April 7th
Preferred time(s) of performance: Festival active times are Saturday, April 6th, 11:00-7:00 pm and Sunday, April 7th, 12:00-6:00 pm
Performance technical needs: Please indicate sound/amplification or setup needs
Marley flooring: We will have a space featuring marley flooring. Please indicate if this is preferable for your performance.
A video sample of the proposed performance: This may be included on the application as a YouTube link or emailed. Your application will not be considered until a video sample is provided. While the sample must be of the specific proposed group (i.e. Carmel Valley High School Concert Choir), it does not need to be of the proposed performance if one is not available. A simple video taken with a phone during rehearsal is perfectly acceptable!
The application deadline is Friday, February 22nd.

Please note the following:
Organizations are welcome to apply for multiple spots (i.e. two separate dance performances by two separate groups of students, both a high school band and choir, etc.). Simply fill out a separate application for each group.
When listing preferred times, feel free to list a range (i.e. 3:00-5:00 pm) to indicate flexibility
Though we are accepting requests for preferred times, we do not guarantee that these will be honored. In the event multiple groups are accepted with conflicting preferences, priority will be given in the order they applications were received.
