Ebb & Flow Festival Grantees

Ebb & Flow Festival Grants (EFFG) are unique to the 2021 calendar year.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most in-person spring festivals were postponed or canceled, increasing the negative impact on the arts, the cultural community, and the economy.  This grant program seeks to provide organizations with the funds necessary to employ arts workers to produce, perform, and present to the community.

The eight recipients of the 2021 Ebb & Flow Festival Grants include:

EFFG is funded by the East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President and Metro Council and administered by Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge.
