Standard venues pay a one-time $50.00 ART FLOW VENUE fee and agree to house at least one work by an approved artist who will install their work between March 1 and 9, 2019 and which will remain on site as an exhibit until April 15, 2019. A list of artists and their works will be provided to venues to ensure a good match, given space allowed for the art. Artists will have their work, as well as an 8-1/2 X 11 sign containing an artist statement, description of the work, price (if for sale) and QR code for voting.
For an additional $10 fee, venues will be provided an ART FLOW sandwich board providing the public further information about the participating venue’s connection to ART FLOW.
PREMIUM venue - $250 includes all of the above and participation in the FORUM 35 preview party to be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019.
Artists will be responsible for installing and taking down their work, as well as working with the venues to ensure that installation requirements meet the expectations and limitations of the venues. Artists are informed that the work will be exhibited in a venue that will be accessible to the public and are holding the venue harmless in the event the work is damaged during the course of the exhibit of the work.
