The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge is excited to wecome back the Capitol Region’s juried art competition Art Flow Junior, celebrating the creative voices of today’s young Louisiana artists. Eligible to artists grades 3 through 12, Art Flow Junior 2021 included 109 submissions from 71 student artists from the following 29 schools across the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge’s 11-Parish region (Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, Washington, West Feliciana, and West Baton Rouge).


Submissions are juried into three categories: Elementary School (grades 3-5), Middle School (grades 6-8), and High School (grades 9-12), with each category exhibiting ten students’ works selected by a jury of professional artists. First place, second place and third place cash prizes are awarded in each category.
